What happens if I can't pay my loan on time?
If you default on your loan arrangement, this lender may legally add a one-time fee of £15 to your loan balance. Interest on your loan will continue to accrue until such time the loan is settled or the balance reaches 100% of the amount borrowed. Once a loan, interest and fees reaches 100% of the amount borrowed, the lender may use alternative methods to collect the balance, this may include court action. This lender reports the way you manage your loan account to credit reference agencies.
