When can I get my loan?
Monkey Dosh loans are issued during working hours Monday to Saturday. They will send the loan amount to your bank account using Faster Payments and this is free of charge.
How do I repay my loan?
Loan repayments are taken through your debit card on your next payday. There is no need for you to do anything, as long as the funds are available to collect they will process the repayment automatically.
What happens if I can't pay my loan on time?
If Monkey Dosh are unable to collect a repayment from you, they will charge you a one-off missed payment fee of £15. This charge is only payable once during your loan agreement. You should contact Monkey Dosh as soon as you feel that you may not be able to repay them on 0161 850 9503 and they will work with you to make alternative arrangement.
